Model Families have really been a positive experience. The number one thing for our family is the program's encouragement of
familiy togetherness. We have been given opportunities to do alot of things together that we wouldn't have done otherwise - creating nice memories.
Model Families encourages parents to be independent.

The Model Families program gives us opportunities to go and do activities together we
would not be able to afford ourselves (i.e., baseball games, children’s theatre, puppet shows, basketball games, Seattle aquarium and soccer games).
We look forward to the annual Kite Festival; the etiquette dinners are especially fun and
helpful for the kids too.
